Baked Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

Details

Key points to getting oven baked donuts to come out right:

• Add a little extra spray to the donut trays
• When spooning in the batter, spoon all the way around each donut receptacle
  • If you don’t the oil from the spray will pool up as the batter fills and it will cause little separations in the final donut
• Let cool for ~5 minutes once done baking so you can “tap” the donuts out without having to pry them by hand and risk damaging them
